The water/ice maker is not user friendly. The ice cubes come out and don't always go in your glass. A lot of them end up on the floor. Also there is not enough space for tall bottles, which I have a lot of.

CAfe upgrade from Profile level

It’s a replacement for 14 yo GE Profile which except for ice maker issues was/is a great fridge The GE Cafe has different ice maker set up and hope this is better. Note door handle right side lower popped off. I re tighten and trust this won’t be an issue.

We do regret you had some troubles with the former icemaker, and do not anticipate any icemaker issues with your current model. We do also hate to hear you had a temporary issue with one of the handles; as you have now tightened that it should not be a recurring problem, but if you ever need to review that matter or any icemaker concerns your manual does have sections devoted to installing and troubleshooting.
