I was missing a screw to put the handle on with and the rotating bin is cracked. I have not had a chance to contact customer service with the holiday. The refrigerator is on the nicer side and is not cheap looking like most. My main worry was that the outside would arrive damaged. It was not at all, perfect condition. I waited over a month for it to come in.

This fridge has an incredible amount of space and keeps the food well organized! The fridge and freezer drawers allow you to see everything! The lighting inside is also a huge plus. We’ve not had a single issue with the ice maker. Absolutely love this fridge!

Looks high end quality and well built. A small nitpick, the silver tray on the water dispenser is a distraction when everything else is bronze. They should offer it in color coordination with the handles. I strongly recommend this refrigerator.

Best fridge I have owned so far.

The only reason it got 4/5 starts is that the back light blinds you a bit when you open the door and the color of the inside makes the lighting a little dull.

The crew started off measuring incorrectly and arguing the new appliance would not fit. It did, like a glove. Then they said they would not hook it up unless I paid on the spot a $175 fee for a $5 shut off valve due to code. That is not true, as we were just inspected and have the shut off at the bottom of our basement stairs. Was a stressful time and glad they are gone.

I would have given it 5 stars but the ice maker is a hit and a miss. Having some one come out again to see if they can fix it. Otherwise we love the space and the middle drawer for out fruit and veggies.

Damaged Refrigerator

I love the refrigerator however it is damaged. The door is scratched and slightly dented and the corner on a shelf is busted. I am being told it cannot be replaced because it is unavailable and I need to choose something else. This is not acceptable when I spent so much money on 5 new appliances and now the fridge would not match. They also will not just replace the damaged parts.

Great looking café refrigerator.

One drawback is that it runs out of ice very quick .Let’s hope that it will work just as good as it looks. Door shelves are very nice, large and can store a lot. Definitely looks good in the kitchen.

It cooled down quickly. I love the interior lights. I was worried I wouldn't have as much space as my previous fridge, which was a side by side, but there is more than enough room and I love the freezer drawers. My only complaint is that the water dispenser is SOOOOOOOOO SLOW. It wasn't at first, but by the 2nd day, it was taking forever to fill one glass of water. Not sure if that is a common issue but it's really annoying, especially with water bottles that don't fit in the space for autofill.
