The edge to edge grill is really nice and it cooks really well. It takes a little learning how to use the oven to get the right temps but the display is nice and it is a real nice show piece in our kitchen.

You can download a manual or call GE Customer Service. I called and the GE Rep was SO VERY helpful! She walked me through the many functions and “fixes”, and even ordered a New probe for me. Mine was becoming disconnected. When it works, it’s spot on! The little black burner caps become discolored quite easily. It salt or sugar gets in them they tend to mottle and glaze.

Installers showed up on time and work clean and quickly. Smells a little while heating - I hope that smell diminishes as time goes on.

The stove top is very versatile - great low to high heat range and the heat is directed upward, not "out". This means that I can use high heat on small pans (something I couldn't do on my old stove). The oven pre-heats quickly and cooks evenly. Even without using the convection option - which I haven't used yet. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

ONe side of vent is super hot and the other blows out cool air, which has a noise that seems louder than normal. Not a fan noise but a metal noise.

I tried to increase the programming but it doesn’t do anything. I tried regular bake and baked goods. I’m really disappointed.
