My husband always drove me nuts!’ Calling me at 4am because he couldn’t remember if he turned the coffee pot off. I loved my Bunn but, I love the café more. I get to sleep more. I love all the options it had to offer. I love the clock on it. A timer to set it. I love everything about this appliance!

There are so many options on this machine to change the from changing the number of cups to the temperature & boldness of the brew. I am delighted with this product and only wish I would have bought sooner. It is so striking with my other Cafe appliances. If you want a delicious cup of coffee, this is the product for you!

It makes a mess, the carafe stains so easily, and there's no way to keep the coffee warmer than 2 hours. Others who have owned it longer also say the bronze coating peels off eventually. I had it like a month and tossed it, so that was a $200 waste! Boo!

This is the worst coffee pot I’ve ever own. It looks amazing but stops there. The coffee grounds explode everywhere - making a mess, seeping into coffee. Every time you go to dump the grounds they are all over the lid vent and everywhere. The pot doesn’t keep the coffee warm for more then 2 hours, I would think for this price a warm feature would be available. Every time someone tries to pour coffee out it gets everywhere, even coming from the top of the lid!!! I wanted to love this but it’s been nothing but work and a hugeeee mess- Best Buy is one of the few places with a crazy small return window. I’m on 35 days since I’ve received it and it’s unreturnable?

Posted .Hi SFMama, thanks for writing a review. We're sorry to hear about the issues that you've had with your coffeemaker, we can understand how this would be frustrating. We would recommend checking to make sure that the lid to the carafe is snug, this could be why you're having coffee come out of placed other than the spout. The carafe is actually a thermal carafe and will keep your coffee warm without using a heater. If you continue to have issues, we'd recommend contacting service and referencing your warranty on page 16 of your Owner's Manual. We hope that this helps and that you're staying safe. But had to return it as it overflowed coffee grounds all over inside. What a mess. I tried to make less coffee thinking there was too many grounds in it but did the same thing. Not worth the price. Very messy and hard to clean up as well. Terrible.

I was thinking the price was more tied to style than functionality when my wife pointed it out. I was mistaken. The GOLD setting is perfect for those who like a strong cup of coffee. I saw some reviews about coffee grinds everywhere, and that is simply based on what brand and grind you choose. Seattle's Best #5 dark works like a charm.
