I've owned this unit for almost 2 years now and still never had any issues. I've owned lower models of the same dishwasher and I've always been pleased. Whenever I have moved into a new house or purchased a new dishwasher for someone as a housewarming gift, this is what I buy. I prefer the Café version for the tempered glass over stainless steel. Additionally, I like that I get additional coverage by purchasing with my BestBuy card.

This dishwasher looks great, cleans very well and is quiet. You forget it’s on at times.

This dishwasher has been terrible almost since day one. It had a constant beeping every 20 minutes we had to have a tech come out and take care of. He could not figure it out. Ended up ordering a new control board for the setting and installed it a week later. That didn’t fix anything - it still beeps. This has been since late 2022! Also, it DOES NOT clean all dishes. So Minch so that we have to prewash them to put them in the dishwasher. And stuff that had oil, ranch, peanut butter or dried foods WILL NOT come off. So we have to hand wash things as we are unloading. We bought this because we did a whole kitchen package of Café appliances, but this has been awful. Oh! And of course its warranty is out AND my Best Buybership warranty is out too. Ordered a new Bosch dishwasher today.

I got this open box - so the value was fantastic. Full price - it is a bit of a rip off. The styling is nice - the glass front is cool and actually really useful. The dw always get's dirty - and the front has stuff drip on it in every house I've been in. This is so much easier to wipe/clean/maintain. But, the cafe branding is just marketing. A family member has a GE dishwasher (I helped install too) that isn't a fancy line - but has the same features (bottle jets, etc). The controls are buttons instead of capacitive touch - but the features are the same. Underneather, the motors look identical, inside - racks are identical. Only thing this has that theirs doesn't is the sprayers right at the cutlery holder (which are cool - and cutlery *always* comes out super clean - they work. So - if you are going for the styling - no nuts and get it. Otherwise at full price - you can save a ton by getting the regular GE one.

I love the look of the Platinum Glass line and with 2 big dogs that slobber it is so easy to clean compared to Stainless. For the price I would like to have had some more features but it does a great job with dishes and the ease of cleaning makes it worth it. Also this model does not connect to Wi-Fi. Very happy with purchase.

Awesome dishwasher! Love having three racks! The express dry is timed at 2hrs 8mins each setting after that timing goes up. Dries the dishes well, no spots the heated dry is great. The silverware holder can be modified. The bottle jets cleans coffee mugs and smoothie bottles well. The look is pretty cool. Can barely hear it when it’s running.

It cleans very well sometimes some missed places but that is because I overfill the washer with dishes. The bottle scrubbers work wonderfully but they don't do tall items like vases. This has the water jets directly to the silverware and I do not see any cleaning improvement with that feature. The filter is easy to reach and clean so not an inconvenience. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I give it four stars for build quality because my Electrolux was built like a tank...but never cleaned very well and broke a lot of glassware.

My husband went out to buy a fridge to replace our dying one and returned home announcing he bought the matching dishwasher as well. Two days before delivery our dishwasher died! This dishwasher is a dream. Number One, it's SUPER quiet. It's easy to load and unload and the dishes come out CLEAN. There's a cool 3rd rack up top for lids and long utensils. We are very pleased.

Good buy! Very poor delivery of this product by sales department!! West Covina management did a very poor job on n getting item to us! It took close to a month. They never took responsibility for there mess up!!

Top brand dishwasher, not only makes your kitchen look nice, it washes your dishes extremely clean.

Sleek design. Does not attract fingerprints and washes well and quietly.

Love how quiet this dishwasher is! Top drawer is slim but is useful for knives and little items. We enjoy the fact you can lower or lift the middle drawer to get larger/bulky items on the bottom. Helps with baking pans and mixing bowls. Was a headache to get to the house due to shipping dates, no shows, and warehouse lack of communication with the store. But once it got sorted it was worth the pain.

The design looks good and does its job as expected

Unsure about GE after we had one for a few years and just broke down and didn’t clean as expected. But let me tell you this Cafe branded and performance is peak! The look the feel and the way it performs. Absolutely incredible!

So far, it’s been amazing. Open box made it affordable, idk about retail price to performance. Cleans great, super quiet. Got it for 850ish on open box btw. Would recommend at that price point. None in that bracket have these features.

So much room in this dishwasher! The cycles are longer than my old Bosch but it’s so quiet and it cleans and drys well.

Bought this to complement all brand new GE Cafe appliances for brand new kitchen remodel. Amazing product. It is so quiet and works great. Highly recommend.

dishwasher is very quiet and looks very good and clean. We are replacing all the white appliances in the kitchen with the GE CAFE group.

Cleans well, dry dishes with no spots. Clean design with high gloss white cabintry.
