Posted .Congratulations on your new beautiful dishwasher! This is such a nice model that has so many great features like the 3rd rack. This provides loading flexibility with a place to load silverware, cooking utensils, ramekins and more, so you can wash everything at once. It also has a one-of-a-kind Wash Basket that protects wine glasses. The 42 dBA will make it hard to hear anything when it is running. Win-win! Thanks so much for your purchase.

A corner of the dishwasher was cracked. The second dishwasher was delivered two days ago (05/24), we used if twice and now its not working. Apparently it has an electrical issue. NOT what you want to hear about a kitchen appliance. Would LOVE to not have to worry about being electrocuted in my own kitchen!!!

It was a bust though. Looks nice but cleans horribly. There’s not much we can do now as we thought maybe it was how we stacked the dishes or the detergent so we played around and right past the return period. The bottom rack hardly ever gets clean. The 3rd rack is nice but doesn’t fit as much as our previous LG did. The spacing and flexibility for various sized items is not as good with this model.

We replaced it with a different brand. GE Cafe line is not what it used to be. It is built cheaply overseas. They just put CAFE ring tag on the handlebar. We have owned Cafe appliances before, but this one doesn't appear to be built as well.

Most of the time we don’t know it’s on unless the light is orange would purchase again and would recommend.

We had to have a plumber out to correct every thing they did. Best Buy did reimbursed us the $225 it cost us. But the quality of work was unbelievably horrible! Your products are good but the installation takes away the desire to buy more from you.

The delivery team was early and professional. I installed the dishwasher myself, which was very easy. The dishwasher is simple to use. You don't need to download an app to use it. There are several different wash settings, but we keep it on a regular wash with heat dry. I wanted to know if I needed the third rack, but it's great. I put large serving spoons and chef knives that don't fit in the utensil basket on the third rack. I usually run one large load before bed, and so far, plates, glasses, utensils, and pots have come out clean. I recommend the GE Cafe Dishwasher with the third rack.
