Hot water was not tied in and a plug left in place. The door will not close properly and has to be reset to start each time. Bestbuy was a fail on this wish I bought elsewhere.

Common door latch issue, do not recommend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am heartbroken over this dishwasher; after getting the cafe fridge, we wanted to get match appliances. Little did I know that the build quality of this is not great. My main issue, and also seems like a very common issue with GE dishwashers, is that the door latch stops working. We replaced new latch and now it sais door is open, am sure the latch is ok. So we have to wait to get new part and guess what exactly same thing happens! After 2 repairs am done... I spent so much money only to get most unreliable appliance I ever had, my mistake not getting extend warranty! Please do yourself a favor. If you must buy this, then get 5-year warranty or go with Bosch or Miele, which is actually built high quality!

Terrible dishwasher

In just a year, we had to have the dishwasher serviced multiple times and even completely replaced. Technician said the build of the dishwasher is complicated and breaks down easily. Looks nice, but breaks down too much.
