The door shelves don't have much room. One is mostly unusable as it's short and thin so many items do not fit in the shelf and if they fit are too tall. The thin "pizza" drawer always seems off and is sloppy in the freezer. Also, a useless feature for such an expensive fridge.

Best refrigerator I’ve ever had, and I love finally having one with the freezer on the bottom - like in my home growing up!

From the very first day, the freezer has had sealing issues. The refrigerator has a tendency to combine the odors of different foods. GE Profile presents a similar feature set at a much lower cost, prompting a decision to switch to it.

I really loved this fridge but I unfortunately had to return it because the delivery drivers didn’t know how to removed the drawers because they had wiring. It wouldn’t fit through my door with the 2 freezer drawers still attached.

Waited 5 months to get it. Delivery team dented it

We spent 7500 and our stuff was delivered 5 months late and the delivery team dented my fridge. My stove had a gas leak and they wanted me to wait three days for a guy to come fix it. Then since we were complaining the entire 5 months we were told no problem we have a compensation department and you will get the full amount we can give you in gift cards. Now I can’t even get anyone on the phone cause the store says they don’t handle that and gave us a bogus number! Never again do I wanna step foot in the store. When we went to talk to a manager a rude lady said she is in charge and we can’t come in without an appointment. Then she took our invoice into the store and came out and said here is a number and the manager doesn’t wanna come out to talk to you. So again..... not wanting to do business ever again at this point!!

We loved the fridge but after seeing the inside it had a few scratches. But instead of returning it, we just kept it because of the hustle of calling and having to get a brand new one.

Beautiful box but gray interior make lights seem very dim
The store didn’t have this on display- I bought on suggestion of salesman-
Had it been on display I would have never bought it

Looks like a great refrigerator, but Best Buy delivery is the worst.
First they promised delivery on December 30th, them moved it to January 5th.
They arrived at my house and pulled the old frig. into the middle of the room. They seems concerned about the installation and said they were going to get a tape measure. Then without a word they left!
Now they say they can't deliver until March!!

1. Dairy drop in not installed upon delivery. Found out later that it wasn't installed because it doesn't fit.
2. Middle draw handle falls off. Screw thread to hold handle does not catch (at all) on left side. Significant dent where middle handle was attached by installers (on the right side).
3. Ice cubes -- On regular ice cube setting (not crushed ice setting), the ice cubes crush and spit everywhere.
Will be happy to update the review if issues are fixed in one visit from the warranty maintenance guy.

Delivered last month with faulty handle. Tech said the handle was defective its been 5 weeks we are still waiting on the new handle. We have to open that drawer by the screws.

I cannot recommend GE cafe french door refrigerator. I actually paid more for this fridge than my previous samsung. The Cafe has less features and is harder to use. We will be going back to Samsung.
