Amazing appliance that is best in class

The LG model we reviewed felt cheaply built where half the nobs were missing in the demo room, the grates had a flimsy feel and the interior of the stove (albeit larger) was an ugly blue. We then looked at a GE Profile and it was so much better of a build than the LG but was backordered. That's when we came across the Cafe model. The nobs felt high end, the door was the sturdiest of all three, the grates are best in class, Overall, the best looking and built stove we reviewed. Performance is also amazing. Six burners allow for endless combos while cooking. The Wi-fi enabled app is so helpful and easy to navigate, And the stove heats up fast and cooking performance is amazing. We replaced a 12 year old Fridgidaire and can't believe what we were compromising/missing during our years of usage.

Disappointing, fragile, poorly executed stove

It has had issues regulating heat, either it overcooks my food, or it's undercooked. The item is fragile. I put a small cup of water on it, and it produced a dent. It scratches up easily. In general the concept is good, but the execution, not so much so. I like the six-burner concept. The look initially is beautiful, that is until you use it. I have made arrangements to return this item. I can't in good conscience suggest anyone buy this.

We have not had any problems (going on over 1 year of ownership). Oven cooks consistent and even. Very pleased with baking using the convection feature. Last Thanksgiving we used the Roast feature for cooking our turkey and it came out perfectly browned just like a photo in a magazine! The warming drawer worked great for keeping side dishes warm. The touchscreen controls in the middle are very sensitive to motion, so be mindful when you have the timer on and do not wave a towel or object in front of it, as it may turn it off.
