This range exceeded my expectations. It is an excellent product for the price. The oven distributes heat equally. I no longer have unwanted brown spots under breads and cakes. On the top of that, the burns can boil water fast. There are three good size burns for a fast cooking. The six burns fit large pans on the sides, and medium to small pans on the middle burns.

This is an overall perfect replacement if you are looking for an upgrade. The massive burners have no problem handling the largest of cookware we have. The oven is versatile and efficient. Using the meat probe makes cooking easy. You can bake like a pro with little worry about the common concerns that come with a non-convection oven

Stove is clean and easy to upkeep. Knobs aren't cheap plastic and easy to take off to clean. The drawer below is an easy push to open, and no bar or lip for your leg to bump into. Burners are fast to get pans hot compare to our old stove.

Great Product but missing info. I am pleased with the performance of the product but upon delivery, there was no warranty info nor owners manual. I was told I would receive it after the fact. I never got the info. Until such time I get an owners manual, I will not know entirely what I bought. The Delivery people told me it would be sent. 3 Weeks later, nothing.

Excellent stove. We’ve had it for close to a year and my wife simply loves it. The different temperature settings for cooking are amazing and the 6 burners help out anlot

Before I begin, the two star is for my experience with Best Buy and not the Cafe range. I purchased GE Cafe range and microwave in the first week of January. I got an email on Jan 16 saying that the appliances were ready. Both appliances were scheduled to be delivered and installed on Jan 30. When the installer called to confirm the appointment, it turned out only the microwave was ready. Why? No One knew. I called BB customer service and the long story began. Until Feb 22 which both appliances were FINALLY delivered and installed, I must have spoken with at least 10 representatives. I got automated text messages, and emails from BB to schedule for haul away and installation two days BEFORE delivery. How can you instal an appliance that is not delivered yet! No one was able to resolve the issue. The warehouse, for some unknown reason, would not release the range. They could not even cancel the order so that I could re-order it. The inventory would show the range was available but the warehouse would not release it. Every time I called, they would apologize and say that I would be COMPENSATED (10% of the total purchase), which they did not by the way. No one called to follow up and only after I called them they said that they would not compensate the amount they promised. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Best Buy you wasted at least 10 hours of my time on the phone with your representatives, not to mention NOT SHOWING UP two times without notifying beforehand. This is poor customer service. As for the GE Cafe gas range, it is worth the money you pay for and it does what it claims. It has good features like Chef Connect and WIFI Connect. The stainless steel surface is also easy to clean. It has a nice modern look. The oven has convection feature and every time you open the oven door the light goes on which is convenient. Overall I am happy with it.
