I love the way it looks, and thats was very appealing, but i spend most of my time, taking the machine apart, because of the grinder. The grinder is constantly getting clogged up. It does matter if I am doing a corse grind, a fine grind, or somewhere in the middle. It is so frustrating. I also dont care for how fast the water tray fills up, and the steamer is not great. The only thing I really like about this maching is the veru heavy tamper. I feel like I waisted a lot of money.

We recommend cleaning the grinder frequently, using a grind setting between 7 and 9 and to use non-oily medium roast beans for the best espresso. Oil will coat the inside components and may affect the usability of the machine. We do appreciate your feedback and will gladly share it with our product design team. Wishing you all the best! Expert additions like being able to set your water temperature. The grinding burr is adjustable, so you can set your coarse to fine texture. I have make a variety of drinks for the family and entertaining as well. It's great!

I wish the steamer wand swiveled out another half inch or so, but it’s not a big deal. Sometimes pressing the button to pour the shot doesn’t work, but turning off then on again fixes it. Probably user error.
