Great oven but missing handle

Love this double oven. Looks wonderful and works great. I would have given 5 stars, but the bottom oven is missing the handle. Received the replacement handle in the mail, but it was the wrong one. Called again and still waiting for the new handle to arrive.

Top panel came misaligned with doors by one quarter inch. Not adjustable. Poor manufacturing quality control.

I’ve lost count how many times i have had to return GE manufactured garbage. WARNING! Do not buy this double oven or any GE related product until the pandemic has stabilized. We are on our third Cafe oven, fourth Cafe refrigerator and second dishwasher. Specific to this oven, GE is rushing these out the door and every one we have had has a convection fan that stops working after a few days. Three ovens and the exact same problem each time. I’m waiting for Best Buy or GE to contact me about giving me a free extended warranty for all my troubles and inconvenience and for selling garbage defective products just to keep up with the demand. Even the GE repair man that came to fix our 4th brand new fridge in less than a month said corners are being cut. Buyer beware.

To expensive to need repair in under 2 years

Had replace board after 2 years. I remember when you were able buy a oven and it would last 20 years and they were half the price, i got lucky on this, because it was just I under warranty, but we need to expect more
