    I was having a difficult time choosing which Black Op's to buy knowing there has been some mixed reviews from friends about the latest edition. The customer service rep on the floor was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and uncertainties. With his help I was able to find the exact one that would work best for my family! We were so happy!!
