It’s very uncomfortable or maybe I’m a moron, I couldn’t figure out, so I threw it in the trash.

Worth every penny! I wish it came with a battery pack for increased portability but it works like a charm.

Had to return it it was very loud really not worth the price.

Burn risk. Yes, even if you're careful. I didn't think it'd burn me though a cotton tee on medium setting but it did. Very painful, tender, I'm angry, I can't shower or bath with warm-hot water atm. Never use on a senior unsupervised. The heat is too concentrated in one spot, it's not the whole width of the lumbar pad that is heated, rather, the heating coils are only in the center (on your spine) and heats up incredibly hot in a 2.5"wide section. The vibrating feature is more of a buzzing. Yes it vibrates, no it's not therapeutic. The air bags do not work if you use the belt sitting up, because the air bags inflate and just push out the back of the belt. You need to be laying down or have something behind you to resist the outward pressure, so that the bags push into your back. That feature on this belt did not work while sitting in an office chair, only while lying on the belt. I'm going to return this. Old fashion heating pads are more therapeutic because they have a lower setting and the heating coils are more spread out.

I wanted to love this - it seemed perfect. However, it would not charge. Still, I plugged it in and tried it out- thinking it might still be worth keeping. Nope. The Heat was not very hot - even after preheating as instructed. I was unable to use heat and massage at the same time - or with the Lumbar support. The support inflated nicely, but once you turned on heat or massage, it deflated. The massage was pretty good, but if you turned on the heat with it - they both fizzled. Unfortunately - I had to return it.

Works fine. Relieves back pain. Easy to use. Very portable.
