This heating pad and vibration belt is all that is cracked up to be! Works very well turns off with the automatic 15 minute timer, I would highly recommend it for any lumbar related stress problems!

I tried to reach out to customer service. I used the product once and with the heat function it caused a serious blister and burn to my back even through clothes.

It was a good go, the heat is super hot, the massage was great while it worked, only 2 days.I will have to return it for a replacement. Vibration is not to great.

I enjoyed this product for the first week I had it but developed sores on my back from the pinpoint message with heat. Blisters developed were the roller balls put pressure on my back. It felt great, I just overused it (I guess). I recommend using sparingly and at your own risk.

Great massage/heating belt that really relaxes the back muscles and relieves pain.

I just got covid and it was giving me really bad back pain. I put this thing on my back with the heat, massage, and lumbar support at the same time for like 30 mins and my back pain instantly went away and felt alot better.

This product is great. It does get a little bit hot but its a heating pad. Massage is a great added feature. It plugs into usb which makes it more versatile and can even be used in a vehicle. Bought it for my wife and she loves it.

This thing is perfect for lower back pain. The initial settings are pretty aggressive. The massage is more vibration than massaging. WARNING…..I used this for heat and vibration for my upper back by laying it flat and using the heat and vibration settings only…. Mistakenly fell asleep and it burned my back to the point of having a welp. The vibration feature it off at the auto timer ended but the heat did not. Again I used it differently as designed but just know it has the ability to get so hot and the auto timer did not cut the heat off can injure you.

This wrap works wonders. I drive garbage trucks. So there is a lot of bouncing around inside of the truck. The heat is definitely a plus. The vibration is soothing. My only complaint would be that I wish it would stay ON until I wanted to cut it off. Thats not necessarily a negative...I encourage anyone that has had back surgery like myself to invest in one of these.

This heat wrap is really good for your lower back and it’s made for the same. Not very helpful for upper back.

This product was prefect for my wife as her back was hurting it wraps around just right several setting for heating and vibrating.

Have a lot of lower back pain from previous injury. The heat and compression settings are the perfect treatment on days where Tylenol isn’t enough. Easy to use during the work day or just chilling at home watching tv.

This product is amazing! I would definitely recommend it and buy it again.

This back wrap is a very good product, applying heat to the parts of your back and will not overheat or be uncomfortable.

Not as heavy as the heating pad but it straps on to your back or knee and works well. I use both Calming Heat massage pad and this and love both.

this is a god send. takes care of my very bad back and gives me hours of relief
