Probably best to just get a warm blanket

On a positive note, the material is very soft and comfortable - and WARM! But that's not much different than what you can get in a similar blanket. Its selling point is the foot massaging vibrations and heater. But both of these are fairly disappointing as well. The electric warmth is really focused on the feet and not the whole blanket. The "massage" is really just some vibrations that I found neither strong enough nor therapeutic. Think of those massage chairs with the rolling ball feel. This is not that at all, just some weird vibrations. Also, it's a bit awkward getting into the cozy since it can wrap up to your waist. Finally, if you're on the larger side, the padded area is rather small, requiring your feet to stay close together with no way to spread them out (since you've essentially zippered them up into a cocoon.)
