Its less than half the size of what im used to and yhe same cost. Very disappointing. Now i know why know why the length and width and length specifications were not in the description. Less than 1 month after the return period, 2 of them quit heating, they only vibrate. I've called the 914-347-7827 number for the manufacture that Best Buy provided and it's only automated-no humans. I left 2 messages & no one returned my call. Awful (NO) customer service.
