Very sturdy knife and functional,sharp,and good looking to. I originally purchased this for a gift but once I held it I decided to keep it for myself! The tang goes all through the handle and you can feel the solid construction and balance. Very nice!

Excellent knife but i would only buy this on sale, it is easily scratched and holds marks after a few months of use. It is sharp, i'm not sure if it's as sharp as everyone makes it out but it's quality and my wife loves slicing up food for the baby with it.

Got this knife last year and it cuts and holds great. recently my mom and sisters used it and are wanting to get one. So I'll be keeping an eye out for another sale and looks like I know what to get them for Christmas gifts.

I use this knife more than my first chef's knife which is from a reputable German brand. This has stayed very sharp even after over a year of regular use. It's very comfortable to hold .

Awesome knife. I got in Deal of the Day - $24.99. so worth it. It is extremely sharp and give you feeling that it's a different product than any usual knives. Though, I would think twice to buy it at full price of $99.99.

Nice modern looking, very sharp knife. It comes in a nice box. Ideal as a gift. I wish, there would be a sleeve also included with the knife. Have to buy a protective sleeve or put on a magnet bar.

Lovely knife, I've yet to use it... when I open the box I look at how pretty it is and just put it back... quite sharp. I have had another in the past and it was good this will be a spare for future use.

I am not a bladesmith or very knowledgeable about knives, but this knife seems very high quality and is much sharper and refined than my other knives. This makes cooking supper much nicer. A+

The Cangshan Chef's knife has become a favorite of my wife. It is sharp and sturdy and keeps its edge. My wife uses it as her preferred instrument when any cutting needs to be done in the kitchen.

Truly a excellent very sharp knife useable on anyfood products Am impressed may never need to be sharpened. However is supper sharp, recommended use iron clad gloves.
