I haven't gotten a whole lot of use from this microphone yet but from my samples it sounds a whole lot better than the built in microphone. I expect that it will meet my expectations when I need it.

I have been using this microphone with my Canon 80d. It fits very good on the camera. I can say that sound quality is much better than the previous one used. Would recommend

Works great for my application, an environment with lots background noise and distractions. it picks up my voice well from six to eight feet with out interference.
