This is a must have for beginners photographers. Can work for sport and any other activities where distance can be frustrating.

I’m still learning more about the different type of lens and their features. Overall, this is a great purchase, this lens take great quality pictures.

This lens does an excellent job at all settings. When set for image stabilizing you can use it at maximum magnification without a tripod. which is a benefit if you are touring an area.

This lens is great for taking personal photos. I use mine to take pictures of minor league sports such as hockey and baseball and get great action photos from the stands.

Very happy with this lens , at regular price good deal , bought with camera at half price ! Can't go wrong for this zoom lens , light weight and sharp for this price !

We can now take photos across the football field without moving. The students really enjoy getting those grimaces while athletes are in play. Good zoom lens easy to use.

I use this lens for weddings and other activities that don't really allow me to be right in the middle of the action. The photos taken with this lens make it seem like I was though.

Why have a DSLR without a telephoto lens? This one is fully compatible with my camera, and the image stabilization and auto focus work really well (a good thing, since the lens is a bit heavy for me for hand-held photography)

If you have a camera you have to have a long lens to go with it. This is just the right size for most shots, indoor or out. Very crisp and sharp details. You gotta have it.

I should have bought this lens a long time ago. I get putting off the purchase. I used it on my vacation last week. Great pictures of moose, elk, and mountains in Colorado.

Bought a Canon camera, came with the standard lens, needed a telephoto. This one is nice, built good and works well.
