Its a great lense or addition to DSLR. Very easy to fix and use. It is priced competitively in BestBuy so I just went for it w/o much thinking.

It is awesome for close up/closer distance pics with that beautiful blurred background. I take lots of indoor shots so this lightens the shot which is what I needed!

This is one of my favorite if not my best lens. It works great with my Cannon Ts5i. And pictures are beautiful and outstanding. I would recommend this lens.

Awesome lens for the money. Stm motor is smooth, optics are super clean and sharp, build quality is mediocre at best. This lens will deliver when it counts. I got it for outdoor portraits and on the fly stuff. It's small, light, portable. I would recommend getting this lens over more expensive models if you travel a lot and really need to optimize your space or there is a possibility of damage, you need a quick lens that won't weigh you down, or you really want to break into the portrait scene. It's an easy first step for beginning photographers to really understand their camera and their capabilities.

Have wanted on of these lenses for a long time. Takes great photos. Good addition to my Canon camera.
