My previous camera before this was a T5, and let me say that this camera is so much better in my opinion. I love the functionality of this camera and how it has so many AF points! The fps is already really good when capturing photos since it has a high burst! Overall I would recommend this camera to someone who has some experience using dslr's.

Much faster than the Mark I. Same solid build as well.

Very happy with the 7DM2. Very sharp pictures, fantastic autofocus, great IS, very good quality movies and very extensive menu. I bought this camera with the 15-85 f/3.5-5.6 IS USM lens instead of the 18-135mm kit lens.

This camera is heavier than the Canon T3i but the greater variety of focal points is worth it.

This is an awesome camera. You get the all features of the 5D Mark iii plus faster shutter speed without the price. I have not used in low light (night games) yet, but based on my experience with this and the 5D Mark iii, the 7D mark ii will perform just fine.

For a novice, this is an amazing camera! I replaced my rebel xti (yes I know it was old) this was an amazing step up! Love everything about it and I haven't used all the features yet!

This is a fantastic camera! I had a Canon 7D prior to purchasing this and it was very nice, but the upgrades on the Mark II mkae it much better. This is a great camera for both amateurs and professionals.

Needed a camera to capture fast action indoors for gymnastics. The focusing and speed of this camera is awesome. Using with a Canon 70-20 mm. Results are amazing!

I photo a lot of sports from youth level to the pros. This camera has to be one of the best cameras on the market for action without breaking the bank.

Had three photoshoots within a month of getting this camera, photos were exceptional, A bit of a learning curve, but a great camera.
