Q: Is the body compatible to most of lenses?
A: All ef and ef-s lens Wil fit it's a great camera I like it a lot
Q: Is this a great market camera body? Or does it come with US warranty
A: I think you meant grey Market if sold by Best Buy I would not worry and Warranty explained in description.
A: I would advise using the Sigma Dock to make AFMA for a Sigma 150-600mm lens. Because the lens is not a Canon, I would not rely on the Canon camera being able tor recognize it in the future. Also, the Sigma Dock is a far more comprehensive adjustment. It is also far more complex and time consuming to complete. The Canon procedure conducted at two focal lengths and distances, for a total of 4 test shots. The Sigma dock needs 16 test shots, four focal lengths and four distances. Time consuming, but worth the effort.
Q: When will it be available for shipping?
A: Often times the website inventory is shown for the kit (body + lens), which are packaged individually and can be sold individually. Just ask a sales associate at the store and they should be able to help you further.
Q: Is the 3' inch LCD touchscreen?
A: It's definitely no touchscreen. Spent more than an hour with that masterpiece of camera at the last Photokina in Cologne. Nevertheless You will love it for the ultra fast and precise auto focus. The perfect built quality the crisp sharp images and much more. My #1 favourite for wildlife and sports photography.
Q: Does the body only include the battery
A: I purchased this camera, body only and I did receive a battery with it.
