first digital camera and couldn't be happier, easy to understand and learn on this camera. it is small and still easy to hold on to. the lenses are good and will probably never get rid of them, if you do a lot of getting around like hiking or other things of the sort and want to capture good quality images this camera would probably be all you would ever need.

This camera is very user friendly. Takes amazing pictures, especially for someone with very little experience with a DSLR camera. I would suggest to get this camera. You will love it for sure. You cant beat the price I searched everywhere.

Very nice action shots and pretty easy to use. I have used this camera for a lot of action shots of my son playing hockey. Pictures came out great!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the new camera!! I'm a short person so having a smaller lighter camera is something I always desired! The touch screen is a nice perk too! The resolution is phenomenal and the colors are so true to life its amazing!

Its a proffesional camera to to take pics for any ocassions with lots of functions built in with 18mp lens. I think this would be the worlds best camera, easy operation.

I have used a Canon Powershot for several years which took beautiful pictures and I wanted to move to next level of photography. The EOS REBEL SL1 seemed to meet my needs following extensive research. I have not been disappointed. It offers simple shooting options but allows me wide latitude in the type and quality of pictures I can take. Some have commented about the size of the camera body but that has presentd no problems even though my hands are average to large for a man. In fact, its size and weight have been a plus. Would I buy it again? Without a doubt if I want to move up.

This is a great first camera for us. The camera is very user friendly and the kit contains everything we need for our upcoming travel. We love the ease of use and the quality of pictures the camera takes.

My husband loves taking pictures. He has a very expensive, but older camera. He said this one is 10x better! So small and light but takes amazing photos!

I am not a photographer and have always been scared by these big cameras. I have bought camera after camera after camera trying to capture special moments in my boys' lives, particularly in sports. They have all turned out blurry, too far away or I missed the moment due to slow shutter speed. I took a risk with this camera and SO glad that I did. I have left it on 'auto' and couldn't be happier with the images. The fast shutter speed and quality of images couldn't be better!

My t4i quit working and I love how this camera is smaller but still has all the features I loved on my t4i!

Love this super lightweight SLR! Has all the automatic features you need for the quick shot as well as the manual settings that let you take the artistic photos you desire. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed using this camera, I am new to DLSR and it worked great. The auto and the manual options were easy to learn . It was also lite weight and super easy to carry, the case that it came with is a little bulky but with the extra lens it was needed.

Bought for my daughter who is a freshman at college. Her Senior year in HS she was in the Yearbook Club and had access to this type of camera. Simple to use and excellent pictures.

Great deal for the price! This camera is small enough to carry on trips and vacations. Takes excellent quality photos. Great for a beginner or intermediate photographer. It's not too advanced to figure out, but I'm sure there are lots of functions that a professional would figure out and use. We purchased it to take photos of our one year old, and we love how the pictures have turned out both digital and print.

I really enjoy my new canon rebel sl1 eos camera. On one hand it is very user friendly because it had multiple auto settings, but if you want to use the customizable settings be prepared to spend some time reading the owners manual. Overall, it is a fantastic piece of equipment and I can't wait to use it at the U.S. Open this weekend in New York City.

Love love love my camera. It's simple for those that want to just point and shoot and has great features/options for a more advanced user. Photo quality is amazing!
