My husband bought this camera for me because it was larger than the one I have. It comes with 2 lens and I can focus the picture if I want. This takes fantastic pictures and they are so clear. I can't believe it took so long to get this. I love it.

Fabulously sharp and clear images with the kit lenses! The camera makers can't get away with lousy lenses... USE 'EM! I have already captured relatively rare birds sitting with the 75-300 mm lens in daylight. SL1 body feels good in my big hands and DIGIC 5 system is so easy with Canon EX... import, crop ,resize ,whatever. .print. THE BEST CAMERA IS THE ONE IN YOUR HAND! HRH

best purchase ever! This is my first "real" camara and I LOVE IT! It is easy to use and love that it was a "kit." I recommend this for anyone that wants to start taking pictures as a hobby OR take pictures of your family!

The SL1 is a great DSLR for someone coming from point and shoots and the extra lenses in this bundle are nothing to write home about but they do give a taste of what can really be done with a camera like this. The only disappointment is the bag. It isn't a bad bag, but with just the main pocket and one divider anything else you buy outside this package will likely make you wish it had at least one zipper pocket somewhere. I just wish the bag didn't become obsolete as soon as I purchased any new lenses or even a couple SD cards or a spare battery.

If you are a beginner and like to take long sessions in taking pictures then this camera is for you due to It's smallness and very lightness . Don't be fooled by It's size it takes high-quality pictures .

so far have had great pictures with this camera, super easy to use and great detailed steps and explanations of each mode with the disc it comes with, look forward to exploring it more in Hawaii next week!

I am just starting to experiment with this camera. Avoiding auto focus, I have taken some very nice photos of flowers, which I plan on using as a source for my watercolor painting. I bought this camera after much research. I wanted a lighter weight, smaller DSLR. The tripod or STM lens will help steady my aging grip.

This is our first DSLR camera, and we are very impressed. The auto focus and auto setting features seem to work very well, and the picture quality is so much better than a normal point and shoot that we wish we bought a camera like this years ago.

Great overall for beginner or advance. Easy to use and has lots of functions to increase the quality of your photos.

This is a great start up package for beginning photographers. The camera is not as fast as the Marks or any of the more advanced cameras but so far I've taken very nice pictures with it. The ability to switch lenses to come up with different shots is a great advantage.
