for my needs this is perfect. easy print from everything! laptop, phone, tablet. only negative: print could be a tad darker!

Amazing printer and scanner, I use it for basic home and kids school requirement, does fantastic job. It’s Wi-Fi enabled, so can print via my phone. The toner that came initially is so good, have been using it for almost two years and it’s still printing :)

I have purchased 3 Canon Image CLASS MF264dw Printers in 6 months.

The product works as expected. I rate Canon products highly. In the recent times in owned a canon, HP, and again a Canon. The difference is performance is stark. I appreciate Best Buy for all the super support behind the purchases. I recommend buyers to please purchase the protection plans offered at Best Buy. They are a must have.

Met all my requirements for a wireless printer for low volume work. Well made and probably not an issue for much bigger jobs. Getting the wireless to work took a little time but I never read the manuals. :)

The printer was easy to set up I was able to do it in less than 15 minutes, the Wireless network is pretty easy as well.

Solid laser printer. Prints extremely quickly. Print quality is top-notch for standard text documents.

Hardly ever connect wirelessly, always offline. It's a pain to scan and print wireless. You have to reset connection, uninstall and reinstall the software etc. My guess is, this would work well with someone needing this printer for wired connection rather than wireless. My return date expired, now I'm left with something that can't fulfilled needs for buying it. Do better Canon!

Great!! No problem since now. Easy to connect with WIFI.

Paper would jam 50% of the time. Additionally there was a problem with the way it printed. It would repeat the requested print selection every 3" on the page. It did this for printing and copying. Scanning worked ok. I found the wifi setup to work ok.

It works, it's ok. it does its job. It's NOT and HP! nor is their "support" of any value...they seem to rely on what the "ci\community says. Not a fan but like I said ...it works what I really miss is an app like HP SMART this is so lame compared to that.

Have to reboot often as looses connectivity. Menu system is archaic. Hard to find app to easily scan docs using HP Scan and capture as Cannon app not easy to find

I spent 2 hours trying to set it up with my wifi only to find out that it doesn't work with Mac OS Monterey 12.5.

Got frustrated with inkjet printer. Needed a bw only printer and didn’t even realize a laser was in bw. Found one in box store but not in stock. Best Buy easy to buy from, great price. Set up VERY easy.
