This printer has by far exceeded my expectations. It’s quite large and heavy but it’s a workhorse of a machine, so it’s weight and size can be expected. I bought this refurbished printer for a fraction of the cost and it included brand new full-size toners. It arrived a day earlier than expected (Thank you Best Buy!) came packaged as if it was new except the box was brown instead of color. That seriously was the only difference in this printer and a brand new one. I ordered this on a Friday and received the unit via UPS Monday! San Marcos, Texas Best Buy you guys rock! I received FULL-SIZE standard toners instead of starter ones, which was a win-win for me. I unboxed the printer, connected w/ wireless WIFI to set up printing on my iMac and I was ready to enter the world of laser printers. My iMac doesn’t have a cd drive so the drivers were found on canon.com. This laser printer is SUPERB and I highly recommend it!

Works great for small home office. Love that I can connect wirelessly from any laptop or phone in the house. Haven't been able to get the scanner working yet. Computer program that goes along with it is awful.

Toner is NOT included. Just like the three reviewers before me have stated...toner is NOT included with the purchase. No need to take a chance purchasing it and hoping for the best. The specifications at Best Buy as of 8/21/2022 are incorrect, because toner is not included. Best Buy did refund my purchase without any hassle, but I had to waste my time with the purchase and return.

Wish I could give zero stars. Going to return for a refund.

I've owned this printer for about 1.5 months now, and I have found it to be very fast and I have found the prints to very good quality. I'm very pleased with how easy it was to set up, and how dependable it has proven to be.

I can't say enough about this wireless laser printer. Canon did a great job with it. I have had it for 2 years with no issues. Especially like that I can scan, print, and copy! Wonderful printer used in my home office.

This is a refurbished printer but works perfectly. This printer looks and prints just like one that was brand new. Easy to setup and connect to WiFi, it also has the air-print feature which is a plus. Just one thing to note it had a promotion of a free full set of toners (Canon refurbished printers do NOT include the starter toners) but since it came with the promotion of the full size toners not having the starter toners was not an issue to me. I highly recommend this printer!

Works perfectly and quietly, provides bright colors and true images

Solid and efficient piece of equipment. There are a few thing to know. The on screen menu may take some getting used to. This model does NOT have a regular fax setting. You have to have an ifax account to fax documents. You can download the software updates via Bluetooth or direct wire.

Purchased this after owning an HP laser printer for so long that HP toner cartridges are no longer available. The printer is relatively easy to set up but as others have mentioned, it is heavy. The first thing that I've noticed is that it is very noisy. Lots of clicking and clanking while printing. I did purchase the extended warranty, so if it breaks or stops working I feel pretty safe in getting it fixed or replaced. I was aware that it came without starter toner so I did purchase toner ahead of time and had it on hand and ready for set up. The print is not as vivid as my HP printer was but it works fine and I'm not presenting a side-by-side comparison to any other prints. Overall, I am happy with the printer and hope it lasts as long as my last printer did.

Value - Best Buy deal on this printer is so good. You get 4 full size cartridges + the printer for only 200. The toners alone cost way more than that so you get a lot of value for the money here Quality - Print quality is excellent. Air printer many times not discovered by device until the 2nd, 3rd time you try to submit a job. Not sure if this is a network issue or the printer itself Ease - If you only care about simple printing then you should be up running in 10 mins. However set up for other features such as wireless, scan, default settings was way more complicated than it needs to be. Once you invest the time to go thru the web GUI settings, everything works nicely

Its multifunctional you can print, scan, copy and share images its easy to connect with phones. Definitely easy to use and requires less space in my work station.

thes cannon printers are great for home office use .,, they just keep printing and have a decent scanner . setting up scan to email is a bit tricky

Excellent “refurbished” color laser printer. It should have come with at least a “starter” ink set. So I had to purchase them separately. Overall after set up, works like a champ. Don’t know how it’s “refurbished”, but can’t really complain cause it was half the price… Great product, delivered to my door step as promised and everything inside looks and smells new.

Easy to setup and use. It has many nice features and prints excellent. It is a pretty big machine but works great.

Printer itself is great. The UI is a bit difficult to use at times (primarily for when you're getting it setup for the first time; it seems reasonably good for daily use). The remote UI functionality makes this a bit easier, but even that was clunky to find that it even existed, determining the IP address of the printer, etc. But for what it's worth, I own two of these, so it didn't prevent me from buying again.

They said it was refurbished, looks and runs like it's brand new. Super fast printing, quieter than my eco tank. Prints look amazing. Was a little nervous about buying refurbished but just got a protection plan with it as well.

Every print comes out beautifully and fast! Even pictures. If I want something printed in color for my class I use this lovely printer. Only down sides are the scans when put through the feeder come out crooked as well as you must download the disc to scan. This is not a plug and play printer.

I have had various inkjet printers in my home, and have never been really satisfied with them. This device is on a whole different level, and acts and looks like a true business-grade printer. The quality of printing in color and black and white is very impressive. The cartridges are much largers than ink cartridges, so I do not have to change them nearly as often. The best part is that the per page cost per page is lower, so in the long run this device will cost me less than my other inkjets. All of my inkjet printers ended up having issues with the cartridges or the printhead made quite a mess when they gave out, and did not last as long I wanted. Everyone in my family loves this printer and we are printing out everything from greeting cards to business documents with a significantly higher level of quality.

This is a decent not-quite midsized office printer. The interface is a bit quirky (I never did figure out how to get a configuration to actually print), but nice quality printing and scanning. Other than the quirkiness, the only thing I really did not like is that nowhere does the description say it doesn't come with starter cartridges. I mean, I realize it's a refurb, but having to buy cartridges almost doubles the price. Not only is it a cost issue, but I had to take time to go get the cartridges, which meant delaying the deployment of the printer.
