Best bang for the Buck that I've ever purchased in an "All-In-One" printer system. Replacement cartriges are not cheap, but none of them are, and when you compare their cost against others, you get way more prints per dollar than any ink-jet out there. We'll see how well it holds up over time. Waaah Hooo!

This printer seems to do a good job. It meets our needs as a small business.

After using the printer for a number of months already, I have found this Printer is slow to respond to a print command, especially if the file is a PDF; has been as long a five minutes. It is constantly dropping offline and seems to need a power cycle to reset itself. IMO the color rendition could be stronger, more vibrant. When it does print it does a fast job of it.

Canon Image Class MF656Cdw color printer. So loud that you can't talk while it's printing. Instructions EVERYWHERE for adding a page to a scanned document say to use app MF Toolkit. Not only is that incorrect, that app doesn't appear to exist. Waited an hour to talk to Support after combing the web for an hour to find a solution only to be told that this model doesn't use that app AND that it isn't even possible to add pages to a scan. FAIL. This is a huge, complicated (and NOT user friendly) printer supposedly for dual business and personal use. As much as I hate HP these days, if I had known how difficult and limited this printer is, I would still have bought an HP. At least their scan utility allows adding pages.

So far I love my new printer. It's everything I hoped & wished for. In the past I've always purchased ink jet printers, but the print head would always need to be replaced. So I decided my next printer would be a laser printer. So the test of time will decide if I made the right choice.

The printer is very basic. It doesn't scan multiple pages. It's not very good for work, it's more for home work.

Good quality copier, easy to set up and easy to use.

Works great. Only down side is the learning curve to use ALL of its features. Software/App is not for novice. The instructions are around 400 pages! 400 pages!! Reading has induced daily naps…..

I’m glad buying Canon 656Cdw, copy print sca fax …. Easy setup smooth touch screen. I highly recommend this all in one printer.

As others have said, very heavy and doesn't stay connected to to wireless internet so it doesn't come up as an option on your phone. I settled on the HP Office Jet Pro9130 Series. So far it's pretty good - definitely smaller and lighter than the Canon. I'm not super happy with the auto-feeder scanner since it only takes a few pages at a time and if the pages are too crisp and stuck together it won't separate them, which results in additional scanning.
