It only took a little time to figure out the operation of the printer. The instructions weren’t very easy to decipher, but eventually I got the hang of how to run the machine.

I really can't say to much right now because I just set it up. The reason for the five stars is, after I got the new computer setup on the WIFI, I started to setup this Canon TS6420 wireless printer. After removing all the tape, installing the ink and so on, I followed the directions that came with the printer. To my surprise, the WIFI connection went just the way the info said. It connected, I printed out a test page and so far that's it. In the pass I have had problems with the WIFI connection. I would wind up doing a manual entering the WIFI password. I did not have to do that on this printer.

Works great, prints quietly and pretty fast IMO. I love that I can instantly print from my phone, laptop and computer with the Bluetooth option. The printer does have to be on for that. Highly recommend!

This little printer is perfect for the small home office. I only use it about 3 to 4 times a week (10-15 pages) all color. I feel like this uses a lot of ink. The printer also turns itself off after a while and is not in a standby mode, so if you want to air print from your phone or other device you have to go to the printer to turn it on. Not terrible, but a silly feature that you should be able to change and cannot.

It's a work dog in my home. Steady, reliable & responds well.

I love my printer. It is quiet running, and prints great colored pictures. Great clear dark printing and prints faster than last printer. I wish it held more print paper. Have to reload more paper often.

Good wifi printer.. Easy setup and got it to work quickly.. A bulky but not heavy and works good.

Initially confusing because there was no instruction book but turns out it's very easy to use the online installation and thisone works just as well as the one it replaced.

Very happy with my purchase. Easy to set up. It does come with ink cartridges to get you started. I have recently retired my previous Cannon which lasted many years. Would recommend this product.

Works well and I’m happy with this purchase. It’s great. Pro tip: Don’t fill the paper tray up too much when you start it up :) looking forward to also using it to print my photos!

prints well but paper trays don’t work well. after printing finished job shoots out front to your floor. also no documentation provided for setup. you have to find your printer on the web however setup info there was terrible. very limited at best

Canon printers: work well, hard and long. I believe this is the 7th Canon printer I have purchased over the years. This one is for an older in-law. So easy to setup!
