Bought this camera as a second one. Wouldn't you know it came in handy as I forgot my main camera on an important day. Camera is easy to use, and takes a good shot. I haven't printed any pictures yet, but I love the Canon line and assume these will be just fine like all the others.

It's a great camera for your daily point and shoot... Good speed and picture quality. Small and light weight body is easy to carry around. Go for it.

Met all my expectations! I have had many compacts and this one is so easy to operate and navigate through the fuctions. For the price....hard to beat and the Canon lenses are the best in this category.

Amazing camera. Takes great pictures & was a great price. Took out on a road trip and it was very convenient and easy to use. Love all the options that are built in for customizing photos and selecting your scene.

Had an exlim camera worked good for a couple of years but shutter broke on it and wont work so finally decided to try a different name brand for once. Always heard great things about canon and understand why now. The picture quality on this is so much better, features are a lot more upgraded, and buttons are still simple enough to figure out. Only thing not crazy about is how much thicker and bulkier it is than most cameras I have always used. But over all a great camera, with great picture quality, and great built and body design.

The camera works wonderfully and has a lot simplistic features. Easy to use for anyone of any caliber of skill. Wish there was a better color selection in-store though.

I needed a camera to produce pics for a job. Quality was not an issue. I bought the lowest priced camera between the good brand names. Very pleased at ease of use and quality of pics.

This camera has lots of great features. The screen size is perfect for to see the all you need to while keeping the camera itself compact. I love the blue color as well. The 8X zoom allows you to take some closer pictures without losing the resolution.

love this camera, I have an ELPH too and this is just as good. maybe a little bigger. But all the same features. If you just want to point and click. This camera finds the best mode automatically and shots it! Cant beat the price for these features

This camera is perfect for my job. I travel a lot and work in very busy places (bars, restaurants, nightclubs) and this little camera fits easily into my purse or back pocket. Very simple to use and takes great quality photos!

I chose it for certain features, and I have not used all the features on it. I really like the picture quality. We took a picture from a moving car and it turned out great.The battery is easy to recharge and convenient to carry.

Have only used this a few times, but have been very happy with the quality of the photos and ease of use so far. I haven't gone thru all the features yet, but looking forward to exploring all the options. The zoom is great.

This camera is very easy to use and understand. I also like the fact that it has a rechargeable battery.

My regular camera is a DSLR that is large and heavy, so I don't generally take it with me. I bought the Canon A4000 to have as a relatively inexpensive, "go anywhere," "just in case" type camera that could easily fit in a pocket. It does that. The picture quality is decent, but not always spot-on, and the feature-set is too limited to be able to adjust exposure and focus for best results. Yet the camera took surprisingly good video at a recent concert (though focus and zoom don't adjust well when taking video). For the price, I wouldn't normally complain - the modest quality was reasonable for the price. But the lens cover started to stick in the open position in less than 30 days - I hadn't even run through one full battery charge! I brought it back to Best Buy, but I hadn't remembered the ridiculously short 15-day return policy, and the Best Buy customer "service" rep was more than happy to remind me of it , in the rudest, most dismissive manner possible. So now I will have to pay to mail the defective camera to Canon, though the failure occurred less than 30 days after purchase from Best Buy. I am more disappointed in Best Buy than in Canon, both for the absurd 15-day return policy and the rudeness and insensitivity of their staff. I do not anticipate purchasing electronic products from Best Buy after this.

Love the camera. It's easy to use and take great pictures. Only thing I don't like is the fact it looks like your taking a blurry picture but your not

I've used Canon products for almost 20 years & am always amazed at the technology placed in small products. This camera takes great photos, is easy to use & is perfect to put in your pocket when going to events.

Good clarity in pictures. Colors come out as close to real. I have Sony, and Nikon and have not seen the real green when I print these pictures. Big drawback s the lag between pictures. You may miss out good shots because of this lag. Focus is also slow, you have to hold the button down when you zoom in and it takes 5-6 seconds before you can get a clear picture. Overall good pictures, easy to use, for the price I paid for this camera.

Very easy to set up and use. Takes great pictures. Easy to transfer pics onto the computer.

I got this camera to replace my extremely old Kodak Easy Share. It's very easy to use, takes great pictures, and even comes in nice blue color (which I purchased). I haven't had any problems with it.
