I have only had this flash for a short time, but I like the features so far. I bought it when it was $100.00 off, it’s normal price. As soon as I have more time using this flash, I’ll write a longer review.

Canons best flash hands down. Good construction, weather sealed(a plus). Has tons of flash output. Great upgrade from anyone that has a 580 series or any other flash for that matter... is bigger then the 580ex

This is one of the best flash i have used for my T5i. I have used it for all my trips in this year and pictures looks awesome .

Are use this flash 5 to 6 hours a day five days a week. It is powerful the Wi-Fi is fantastic if you’re photographer and you shoot with a Canon buy this flash.

This external flash was highly recommended by a local camera store for my wife's Canon EOS R camera. I thought it was just an expensive flash until I saw all of the features and extras that come with this flash. On the backside of the flash is an LCD screen that allows for all kinds of settings. This also comes with flash filters--and can be used remotely on a stand in addition to sitting on top of the camera. We are very impressed (and a little overwhelmed) with all this flash offers. It is amazing!

I got the 600 EX II-RT after 7-plus years of owning the 580- EX II, in hopes that Canon had made huge advances with its flash technology. While the light output was better, controls easier to use and easier to see, and the wireless linkup with other flash units was much improved, if you're using this as a standalone flash, I think you won't notice a lot of difference between it and the 580 series (which you can pick up used and in good condition for about one third the cost. If you're buying a pro flash for the first time, however, this is a good flash. I've just always thought Canon's flash were a bit over-priced and a bit underwhelming and sometimes inconsistent with the light output and color balance. But that's just my two pennies worth.

It is a great flash. I think I should have started with a smaller flash since I'm a beginner but you do get what you pay for and the flash is great!

Simply put, this is an amazing Speedlite. It's quick and has a great range when shooting at a distance. Easy to use and comes with good accessories. Get it you won't regret it!

Flash is very good. Quality and sturdy construction. With several functions that after mastered make the use of flash easy and intuitive.

I’ve always carried the mentality of buying Canon for Canon for nearly 3 decades as a photographer now. That being said, I will also say that I’ve never been a fan of their high prices for a dedicated flash unit, but I do love my flash!!! I’d say that it’s still worth the money and convenience. The only flash upgrade I’d ever consider for my camera is a Profoto. But I’d still say get this Canon Flash!!!

I have studio lights but still my photos were too dark. This flash really made the difference, i love it!!! My pictures come out super professional now with my 6d.

Like works great. I use it for taking wedding reception photos. I use it as a slave with my 430 exii. Obviously the only downfall is that its expensive lol

Someday I hope Canon will come up w a simpler user interface, but once you figure it out it is amazing what this little powerhouse can do.
