I bought this for my wife who is a photographer. She loves this flash when she breaks it out at wedding dances. It does everything she wanted it to do and more!

Only problem was the on line app said it was in stock at the store when it wasn’t.

Cannot believe Canon sells a flash with a lithium-ion battery that requires a charger but does not include charger or any way to charge it! Battery was DOA so can't even use it for 3 days when my charger arrives.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. However, I have purchased two different Canon chargers, neither of which were compatible. The sales associate at the store was mot helpful either. It is unacceptable to market this item without at least providing a clear indication that it doesnt have a charger AND recommend the correct charger in website marketing!

You buy a new R5 camera. Get what should be an excellent flash. Nope not even compatible. Usless junk. Makes me want to take it all back to best buy.
