    Still learning this camera. Opted for this camera as it has built-in memory, however, had to purchase a card as the camera drivers would not download to either of our 2 laptops...even got on line as suggested but still unable to download any drivers...pretty disappointing as have not had this problem in the past with other devices.

    I am happy with this camcorder. Nice image quality and functions. This is my first touch screen camcorder so I ma still learning how to work that but seems pretty intuitive. My only real gripe, and I think it may be typical of most electronics today, is that there is only rudimentary instructions included with the device.

    It's a great camera to do online videos! Great features on it. Only downside is the LCD screen is a little hard to see in the sun. Since there's no viewfinder, I bought a slide on shade cover to resolve that issue.
