New Blue ray edition of the black-and-white classics

Terrific movie, picture quality is very good in 1080p.

Eh.. what's not to love? Fantastic restored image and audio and extra and extra and extras included content is the coup de grace for us Hollywood nerd types.. That extra content is what you get when you buy it. You never see this when streaming from all these providers these days.. though you could search YouTube and find some poor quality something but.. nope.. not for me and one of MY top 3 movies of all time

Casablanca is probably the greatest movie ever made. Everything about this movie should be studied by film schools, the screenplay, the cinematography which is stunning in black and white and the acting by Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman is unsurpassed. You will remember all the famous lines after watching this movie. If you want romance, adventure beautiful cinematography and great acting. You must watch Casablanca!!!

I personally find this to be an entirely captivating story. Add to that the classic style of old Hollywood, and you've got an enduring classic for the ages. Wether you've seen it once, or dozens of times, this restoration version is a treat to the eyes. As a cinematographer, it is a tremendous study in the use of lighting, and the special features are worth twice the price of the entire package alone. A must have classic!

The Blu-ray provided a definite upgrade in picture and sound quality. Watching this movie on Blu-ray was almost like watching it for the first time. This movie is full of action and is one of the best love stories ever filmed. It is set during WWII and has some of the most famous lines in movie history. If you have never seen this movie buy it on blu-ray and you will be astonished at how great this movie truly is.

I just got this movie because I haven't seen it in a while and my wife has never seen it, and we were blown away! Not only because the movie is one of the best, but because of how great the picture looked. I wasn't too sure how good they could convert an older movie to Blu-Ray, but I was definitely amazed. If you want a classic movie to have in your collection, this is it!

I'm a movie addict and my collection covers thousands of titles from 1910 through many recent releases. Of all those movies Casablanca is my favorite and I often tell people who haven't seen it that it is simply the best movie ever made. And it looks great on Blu-ray! Here's lookin' at you, kid.

Classic movie along to having my collection... I'm in my early '70s and I don't think I've ever even seen it and I want to watch it...

This is a old classic movie that I had previously seen, but my wife had not and I was delighted when I was able to purchase it from BestBuy at a good price and my wife and I both really enjoyed watching it together.

Hard to believe this great classic was made so long ago. A fantastic character study of people under dyer wartime circumstances. This is one of the all time great movies with unforgettable lines. It's a treat, enjoy.

This is defiantly a classic. The story was good and the setting was great. It is a must have for classic movie buffs.

Bogart, Bergman, and Henreid...What more could you ask for? Casablanca (1942) still holds up. The blu looks FANTASTIC as well. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up.
