Broke on first try after I used it for one day of use

I bought this as a gift and when it arrived it was shattered in 5 places. I returned it in store, hoping for an exchange but they don’t carry this case anymore. Customer service was great, but the handling of this product was ridiculous.

this case is absolutely cute! unfortunately doesn't protect your phone at all, the front cover broke within one day of use, and store didn't want to refund me :(

This is unquestionably a gorgeous case. I love how it accents my gold iphone, definitely the perfect accessory to any outfit.... However, it is minimally protective, and as stated by another reviewer, it is extremely heavy. I have been lucky thus far, but I've known someone who has a cracked face plate since this case doesn't protect. I am glad I have this case, hate I paid this much money for it, and wouldn't buy it again. As a side note, I can't believe that the nonPLUS case is the same price for a smaller design with a lot fewer crystals.

I purchased this same case a while back for my 5S and have upgraded to the 6 plus for several months. I never purchase the same thing twice, but this case is just too fabulous to not! I adore the Swarovski crystals and shiny they are. It looks amazing and is really eye-catching. The weight + thickness of the case really makes my phone feel better in my hand. I highly recommend it for people who want their phone to have more substance. One thing to watch out for though: the leather strip at the bottom loses color over time. This is the only reason why I was a bit hesitant and waited several months before I finally gave in and re-purchased. I was not very careful at all with my 5S case and I realized the gold coloring faded away. Also, once you drop this case, the bumper will get dented and scratched up very easily. For detail-oriented people, this is a nightmare. However, the crystals have never fallen off for me which is a big plus. I'm not worried about that at all.

My 2nd case first one broke and the second one did. Not worth $80. I have had $5 cases last longer than this. Even setting it down face down broke the top part. The back is gorgeous, but it doesn't snap on all the way for the 6+. I am highly upset since it was a birthday gift from my husband. It is sad because I had 1 for my iPhone 5s for 2 years it's been dropped, thrown you name it, and is still intact. The quality is poor with cheap plastic. I should have read the reviews. It is a beautiful case as long as you don't want to protect your $800 phone.

Returned item. Phone felt too heavy w/case. The stones kept getting caught when I placed phone in pocket of purse. A few stones came off. Gorgeous case got a lot of compliments. Just wished it wasn't too heavy when on the iPhone plus and the back part should have been smooth.

I had been looking at this case for atleast a year but had been holding out beacuse of the price. I understand this is a fashion case but it greatly lacks durability. When I purchased and took it out of the box I noticed a few loose stones. 21 days later I was sitting outside with friends and drop my phone from my lap to the ground and it snapped!! I could only imagine what would have happened had I been standing!! This case has a limited warranty so be aware and it doesn't cover customer misuse which is what it was called by customer service. They offered to replace the bumper part only so all the cracks on the rhinestone part doesn't matter to them. For an 80.00 case the durability is horrible!! Then to have customer service of case-mate say they are not gonna replace this item in its entirety is crazy to me. I still have the box and receipt everything is in good condition except for their cheaply made case! Never will I purchase a case mate case again!!

Even though I bought this for only $40 it seriously is not worth that price and deff not the original price. It's a nice looking case but terribly made, heavy and bulky. I've only had it for 2 weeks and it's cracked on the side and one corner doesn't clip in all the way. i haven't even dropped my phone or bumped it on anything so I don't see how it could just crack from daily use

Awesome but not made for the 6S "Plus" model... Apparently Case-Mate says this will fit both the 6 Plus and 6S Plus, but the "Plus" model is a bit thicker, causing the case to not properly close on all four corners without putting undue stress on one of the corners- have had one break within three weeks of purchase and second one within less than one week- case is beautiful and it does come with a one year guarantee...

This beautiful case was my first case for my 6plus! This product may be on the pricier side but I got it for a discount! Although I'd probably buy it if it's full price as well! :) case might make your phone feeling bulky and heavy but yet very protected when dropped! Would recommend to anyone! Very girly as well. Many compliments!!!!!

HORRIBLE CASE. I loved the look of it but it made my phone so heavy to hold and it was worse for the 6 plus since it's already a huge phone to begin with. The first time I dropped it, the case popped off, and my phone was laying bare on the concrete. Now the side of my phone has a small dent and a few scratches on it. I was so mad. Such a waste of money. Never buying this case again.

This phone case is the most beautiful case I've found, but that's the only good thing about it. Every bad thing mentioned by other reviewers is absolutely true. The first time you drop your phone the case pops open exposing your phone to whatever surface you dropped it on. Not only that but after using a short amount of time it completely broke one time that my toddler dropped it on a hardwood floor! I was so disappointed at the time and I hadn't written a review until now because I think that it is important to know what you are getting for your money, looks not durability. Case-mate needs to work on the frame of this case in order to support the weight of the rhinestone decor.

I absolutely LOVED this case on my phone! It looks beautiful and glamorous. However, it absolutely WILL NOT protect your phone! You would think an $80.00 phone case should be solid and protect your phone, but it falls off EASILY if dropped. I was very careful not to drop my phone after reading other reviews about it falling off easily, but of course I dropped it. The case popped right off, and my $850 iPhone 6 Plus 64BG went bouncing off the parking lot, and was badly dented on every corner of the weak aluminum housing. This part on the new iPhone costs about $350.00 to have replaced. Since it was only cosmetic, this was not covered by insurance claim. You just never know when something will happen to make you drop your phone, no matter how careful you are. If you are looking to protect your phone I do not recommend this case. If you don't care about protecting your phone and care more about looks, it is a beautiful case. I ultimately returned the case because an $80 phone case better protect my investment from $350 worth of damage.

It looks really pretty and the sparkle details look amazing HOWEVER with the smallest drops to the floor, it broke. And before it broke, the bumper had cracked multiple times. The gold even chipped on the side. It's a nice looking case but certainly not worth the money or the trouble!

I love this case. It's gorgeous and feels really nice in your hands. The only problem is it cracks really easily so don't drop it!

Within the first week of having this case, I dropped my phone and the case broke each time. The drops were not from very high and I was so disappointed since this case costs so much. Definitely not paying for quality AT ALL. I'm lucky my phone didn't break! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I loved this case!! It's so cool and pretty but.... It's a horrible case it breaks so easy and is definitely overpriced considering it is so delicate. Very sad!! I would buy every color if they didn't break so easy!
