    This is the third port of Cave story that I have purchased and it is solid. Not as great as the wiiware version, but looks and plays well on Switch.

    This is a good game so far and has lots of nostalgia to the older 8 bit games. When it’s on sale, it’s definitely worth a purchase!

    Cave Story is a game that's been remade countless times at this point, but every remake inflates the price, and not much has changed from one iteration to the next. Unfortunately, it's a game that doesn't have a tremendous amount of length to it, and a physical version of the game left me regretting my purchase a bit. You can find the original version of the game online for free, so the huge price tag on this meager game seems a little overblown.

    I'm a big fan of the PC Cave Story, and despite the changes to graphics and sound, this is truly faithful.
