This game is awesome! A lot of fun and very creative. I am hooked and expect to get a ton of replay out of it. Great value, especially when compared to some of the more expensive duds out there. Games like this make the Switch great.

My little children likes it and plays it from time to time.

This is my first time playing Cave Story. There were numerous situations where I didn't know where to go next or how to progress, but the basic mechanics are fun, and the soundtrack is good. Protip - change your Switch's date to 10/31 and find a pleasant surprise!

If you've never played Cave Story before, you're in for a treat! The nostalgic 2d adventure feels right at home on the Nintendo Switch! It also came with a nice instruction manual and some stickers, which is a shocker in this day and age. Would recommend!

I've heard a lot about Cave Story before and was aware that the original is freeware on PC. I bought this version because I'm hungry for games on the Switch and I liked the music. If you're not ready to spend 30$ on an old game, try the PC version first.

Love 'em or hate 'em, Nicalis is going to port all their older games to the switch. The launch edition comes with a nice physical instruction manual. It's reminiscent of the old NES books. It was a nice bonus!

I have never played this game but I respected it. I saw this came out on my Switch and decided after over 10 years, it was worth a shot. I can say it is good and there is a reason it keeps getting released.

I was a huge fan of Cave Story right when I turned on the game. The physical copy comes with some cool bonuses as well, so I'd recommend buying it in store rather than getting the digital copy.

A fun game that everyone who owns a Switch should play. They were even nice enough to include a full color instruction booklet inside, something I haven't seen since the PS2 days.

A great game, though level 2 is kinda not well designed, and the small sprites makes is kinda hard to play on the portable mode. But the tame gets better after 2. Still it's the cheapest physical Switch game worth owning.

Now, I never heard of this game prior to purchasing it, but I must say I've been having a lot of fun with it. It has updated so you can hear the classic soundtrack vs the revised one.

If you haven't already played Cave Story+ in some form or another, then this isn't a bad place to start. The relatively low price and high production values of the physical edition are the icing on this very endearing cake.

A blast from the past! This game starts out kinda slow but picks up. I love pixel art so this game is very visually appealing and fun. You won't be disappointed at this price point!

This games great, and the physical release comes with a full art instruction manual and the game soundtrack on a gamecube game sized disc, it's well worth the 30/21 dollars

Got this game for a friend. He took it to a party and I heard their was a couple of ragers and a couple of instafans of this game apparently I made a good choice on it

Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She has enjoyed playing the game.Did mention that is not for younger kids. Her brother is 6 so she does not play it in front of him.

Not the blockbuster that Zelda or Mario Kart was but it is a fun little game and by buying the physical copy with gamers club unlocked I saved money vs the online purchase.

This is the best cave story youll find. Its like Contra and metroid made love and this was their offspring... its an older game, but switch version is really good.

Awesome retro styled game! I couldn’t put this game down. I played it to completion and loved every bit of it. The final boss was a little hard.
