Reason for a mediocre review is just because I live in a 3000sq ft home and when on the far side of my home the reception is not that great if trying to FaceTime. If close by then it works good so far. If you live in a smaller home then this should work really good for you, homes 3000sq ft and bigger really need the bigger modem, I just didn't want to spend over $200 for one when this one $100 or less will do ok. Hopefully it will continue to fulfill our internet needs and we won't have to upgrade.

The old modem/router was giving up the fight, so decided to get a new one. Have been very please with the new modem/router. It has worked well and downloads are faster. It was not hard to install.

Modem is great and stays connected. The power adapter was defective. Since I ordered it online, Best Buy would not replace unless I sent back the entire product. Due to the shipping cost and hassle, I just bought a generic replacement which works great.

seems to be a solid unit, works ok so far, only had a month wish it had an on/off switch though so you don't have to plug it in every time you want to go online.

This Century Link Modem/WIFI router replaced separate Modem/WIFI routers. The hookup was easy and the results are what I was hoping to get as far as speed and connect ability were concerned.

This is our first wireless router and it is very nice to be able to connect multiple devices anywhere in the home including phones, printers tablets and printers.

My old modem only had a single Ethernet port, so I had a separate router to support the wired and wireless connections for my home network. This CenturyLink all-in-one modem/router allowed me to simplify my setup and get rid of my old router.

Have had to unplug it a number of times to reset the internet that has went down.

Have had no problems. Was only disappointed to find out that this router is only compatible with CenturyLink. So if I get a new service I will need a new router.

plugged it in, look at all the pretty lights? wifi feature seems to work, upstairs good connection. Sometimes it seems our cell phones may interferred with the wifi range. internet speeds with century link may be as fast as they claim.

This modem has a great interface when getting it set up. It is easy to navigate and the instructions are sufficiently detailed that anyone can be up & running quickly. Doing the specialized programming inside the modem is more difficult & if you're not familiar with such programming I would not recommend you do it. But it works fine without all of the detailed part. Setting up the wireless is easy as well.

The modem works as expected. No problems with setup or usage but I think that WiFi signal should go farther but about the same as the last one that I had.

The wireless modum does a very good job for my needs. Only draw back is I would like to have a stronger signal to keep neighborhood networks from interjecting their signal on my cell phone when I.return home from running errands.

I was told very easy to re-install, not true, spent time on the phone with Century Link, they had trouble also. Once it was installed it works fine.

I only used this for a short time because Century Link could not get my service to stay connected! The unit was functioning properly however the service was flawed. I have been using this product with great success for many years.

So far, no complaints with the modem. (I wish I could say the same for the carrier) Set up was SUPER easy and it's been great. I stream music, movies, and run everything off wifi. It's great

have had a few computer disconnect issues.....not sure if it is the router or my CenturyLink connection

Wish it had more range to go through walls, Not a bad buy for the price

This modem is really nice the fact that works is plenty enough for me. I had a regular modem from other company I'm not going to mention and I kept having my internet disappear I hated it specially when I played poker online. This item also has four expansion slots or Ethernet ports to expand plus of course wireless. Now everything is good to go, I recommend this item.

This was purchased for use in a non-profit medical treatment facility and has exceeded our expectations in it's easy of use and high speed.
