CenturyLink is the only provider in our area and we needed to upgrade the box.

Old router stopped functioning. New is working perfectly.

stylish. easy to set up & doesn't take up lots of room

Works well with century link..wish it was a little smaller

Centurylink charges $7 a month to lease their equipment and it never becomes yours. This router is saving me $84 a yr and I think it performs better than their Westell 7500. This router costs $99 and it pays for itself in a year. I should have done this sooner.

This is the exact same modem tjat century link charges you 7 to 10 dollars each and every month to rent. We decided to just buy it and not have to rent. Saves a bunch of money this way. It works great.

I was very pleased to find that I could purchase the modem from Best Buy, rather than wait for Century Link to send it, especailly since CL was late in delivering and I would have been without internet for a week. It has worked well, and am happy with the upgrade.

I had to replace my old router. This is slower than my old route and I needed assistance from CenturyLink to get it set up and working. It took some time but it does the job. I do not do much streaming or gaming, basically just surfing the web, email, some shopping, etc.

Great product, easy to set up. Good value for price

We are very pleased with this product. It has solved our needs to a tee.

Now that it's setup I'm happy. It's just as good as the Westell router/modem that I had before - no better, no worse. But, as with the Westell, it takes forever to get it set up properly; it involved calling CenturyLink twice and having them do a bunch of things remotely in order for it to work right - actually, I remember the Westell being a little easier of a setup than this one. What else is there to say? Either it works or it doesn't - it works.

I did not know that I needed this item until I upgrade my internet usage. If I had ordered it from the telephone provider, who knows when it would have arrived. I was very happy to learn that the item was available locally and was very easy to set up.

I chose century link because I hate comcast. I bought this because paying the rental costs are not worth it. Century link couldn't get their act together and get my service installed in 4 weeks and 3 reschedules. I sold this to my friend who has century link and he likes it and it was easy to install. I now have comcast...

I cant say enough things about this modem, now dealing with CenturyLink on the other hand is a different story!

I enjoy having a faster Internet connection! It allows us to have more than 1 device connected and not slow down.

Happy with Century Link modem router. Too bad old one wore out so fast. Bought extended warranty for this one.

I have this in the basement office and it covers the entire home, including the top floor. Highly recommended.
