Easy to set up

Finally an internet connection!

Easy installation, but downhill from there

My wireless devices regularly lose connectivity with the modem, it took forever to get my DTV receivers connected, and even though all lights on the modem show connectivity I lose internet connection on my desktop (which is hardwired) at least once a day and have to unplug and restart the modem. This has not been a good experience.

Poor range

Truth in advertising, I cancelled my CenturyLink contract less than one hour in; glad I did. Not a good experience. That said, the router/modem does not have very good range. Beyond 50 feet, beyond 1 or 2 walls and the dropoff in speed is dramatic. Not a good choice.
