I really like my grill it's the perfect size and it works perfectly easy to put together and set up the only issue I have is in one of the directions maybe miss read but potentially also not well depicted which I called charbroil and they even agreed and said that they have a lot of people having a problem and they been trying to figure out how to make a change other than that it's a great grill I am only question I have is sometimes I don't feel like the volume of flame changes much with the turning of the knobs but it could also be where my grill is located in maybe getting quite a bit of draft to keep an increased flame not sure.

Overall Iam happy with the grill, It could have been a bit better built especially the sides and bottom casing. Heat distribution is adequate. not much impressed with the side burner as it did not heat up much.

The grill works great, heat is evenly distributed which is a challenge for many grills.

Works perfect. Plenty of heat and cooks good. Very cheaply made and you have to be careful with assembly. Does look good though

The description clearly stated that the propane tank was included and that was one reason we purchased this grill over some of the others but there was no room in the box for it and the description on the box did not list a tank so it was an error is the online information through Best Buy. We informed the customer service team at Best Buy about this. The grill itself has been operating well and we have no issues to note for it.

Installation was a bit of a trick. With my busy lifestyle it took me a couple days to get it put together. Other than that I love the grill

Had no clue Best Buy even sold grills. This one is great! Had an earlier model and love the updates. Really easy to assemble and looks great.

Easy to set up and use. It takes a while to get really hot though!

Was very pleased with the barbeque grill I purchased. Cooked the food very well. Was perfect for consuming.

I prefer charcoal, but this is a great grill to just fire up quick for dinner

As soon as we got it and fired it up, noticed that the cross over tubes do not function properly, by that I mean excessive flame comes out of them before being transferred to the tubes. I called the manufacture tech support and they said that was normal? I strongly disagree and told them so. Don't put you food to close to the front where the cross over tubes are, as flames comes out too strong and will over cook / burn your food. other than that - its a good grill

I had a char broil commercial grill before this and it was time for a new one. It works well, just seems a little cheaply made. I’ve only used it twice so far and is working out well. Worth the money.

Got this grill with my accrued points, was skeptical at first since it was 1st time redeeming points but I've had this grill for months and it works great.
