Reset with original Fitbit charger.

Fitbit takes care of their people and quickly when you run into a problem such as a Fitbit not working. I have had excellent customer service throughout the years and it's just gotten better. Thank you fit bit people!!

Cable ok, Alta not so.

Unfortunately the Alta chargers are not the best, but name brand works far better than a generic charger did. This is my 3rd charging cable. My overall recommendation would be a different Fitbit.

Perfect charger

I searched on line and quickly found the charger at the Best Buy close to my hotel. My model was older and they not only had the charger but honored the online price! Very quick transaction!

I was told that I would have to order it online. That would mean that I would be without my device for about a week, I really appreciated that it was available that day.

Works great for Fitbit Alta

This charger has a reset button and is completely safe for the Fitbit, as opposed to cheap imitations that can fry your Fitbit. Works great! I’m glad I purchased this one.

So I bought this one which so far it working as it should. I do have a complaint thought. I should not have to replace the charger when it did not even last a year!
