I have purchased cheaper charging cables for my fit bit previously. Well the old cliché' you get what you pay for applies. This charger does a much better job, much faster, and is more durable.

Needed to replace original charger from Fitbit that fell apart. This charger is an excellent replacement and works as well, if not better than the original. Very pleased with this Best Buy purchase.

We learned our lesson the hard way with an aftermarket charging cable. According to Fitbit the cable was the culprit. They warrantied the Fitbit but highly recommended their own cable.

Rated 5 but there are no options for wrong item. This was the one for Fitbit that monitors heart. Took it back and customer service was very helpful in getting me the right cable.

This item works just as needed.However, the Alta HR charger is different than just the Alta charger. I mistakenly purchased the wrong one initially and had to return.

This charging cable was the one I needed, but ultimately, my Fitbit Alta had died so the charger wasn't the problem after all.

Works fine at a great price. Cables are cables when they are low tech this one. Go cheap. In the highly unlikely it does not work you can return it.

Good price for the items but I ordered wrong thing. I needed with Alta hr charger. Going to take back. But it was well made

It’s nice to be able to get a replacement charger for the ace in store instead of online. I only wish that all the fit bits used the same charger.
