It worked great until it started falling apart. The handle fell off first. Now the door completely broke and the screws wont go back in.

Not a good fit for us REVIEW: Chefman Chef IQ 10 Quart Multifunction Air Fryer Oven Best Buy Tech Insider Network SUMMARY: We have a very high bar for gadgets that make it into our kitchen and very low tolerance for one trick appliances cluttering up our kitchen. That being said, there was nothing especially wrong with the unit, it just did not do anything special or unique that was not already being solved by other appliances that did “it” better. The Chefman IQ 10 is sort of a mix between a toaster oven and an air fryer. If you only had room in your kitchen or apartment for one small appliance it might be OK. Our “real” convection toaster oven is faster at cooking and cooks more evenly. Our “real” oven is convection and does a great job at overall browning food. The all plastic exterior makes this look and feel cheap. In fact, the plastic on the door warped a little on the first use. You are pretty much limited to 1 serving size or your food won’t cook evenly or especially quickly. I would recommend this for a single person, on a budget, that has no other cooking appliances or maybe for a camper. UNBOXING: (see picture) INITIAL IMPRESSIONS: Very well packaged, and lots of extras (trays, rotisserie, fry basket etc). I found a few translation errors in the instructions. Nothing critical, but if you want me to take your products seriously at least have someone proofread. “Try instead of Tray”. The all plastic case felt cheap. The trays felt like they would not last long. A simple cookbook would have been nice. USING THE UNIT: We started with something simple, breaded chicken fillets and fries (for 3 people). This first thing we discovered is that if we use the fry basket then we can’t cook anything else at the same time as there is not enough room. So we put fries on 2 trays and chicken on another tray. We closely followed the prompts for rotating trays. Although the chicken browned up nicely, the internal temperature was inconsistent with some pieces being “well done” while others were in the “danger zone” for food safety. The Fries eventually got brown, but many were under-cooked in the middle. Next we tried to make potato chips. As before, some were dark brown, but most were flabby. Next we tried some doughnut holes. We could only do a few at a time if we wanted them to brown. Everything we tried was less than successful. Everything we tried took 2-3x longer than our toaster oven or regular oven. Before you the blame the chef, know that the chef used to work at a 5 star restaurant. BEST FEATURES: Lots of Accessories Small Size Easy to Clean SUMMARY: Good for limited space, but it was not a good fit for our kitchen as it was mostly redundant to other appliances that did a better job.

Just like the pictures of the product and the information about it, this thing does a lot. I tried my toaster oven and an air fryer with the chefman 10 quart and it does the work of both. My thoughts: Pros: - stacking trays so you can get 3 layers - has a rotisserie function, and comes with an accessory to hold things and rotate them to get even cooking - Nice display and good presets for the most part. - Gets to the heat quickly - Much more than just an air fryer Cons: - The total inside space is small, won't fit a whole chicken (but does fit a small hen). - Large for just an air fryer, if you take it up and down. - No way to turn off the display (it does shot off automatically) - You can toast bread, but no setting for it, so you need to figure out what works. Overall, if you have an air fryer and a toaster oven, you can replace them to save some space but its probably not worth it. If you are looking at an air fryer that does more, then I would recommend this as it has other functions.

I was skeptical, but results from this air fryer are really good!!! Air fries fresh & frozen veggies with better crisping & faster than oven & way less oil than deep fryer. Crispy chick peas are a new family favorite snack. I spray mist items with a little olive oil for best crisping. I use the roller basket to make a large quantity of french fries perfectly crisp, with no need to manually turn over parts on a shelf. With 3 shelves, it's big enough to cook larger quantities of 1 item; or multiple items like wings & veg simultaneously so can serve both at the same time. You do need to reposition shelves mid-way during frying when using multiple shelves, for even browning. Works well for "fried" items from scratch, or air frying frozen products french fries, poppers, mozza sticks etc. Also bakes, broils chicken, & reheats leftovers like pizza, fries etc with better texture than microwave. I'm glad I got this shelf style (and larger size)--it's easier to use than the drawer style, and has more features. I was hesitant because I have very little counter space, but this unit is worth the space !!! I never put it away. I have used it constantly for a year & no problems. I make meat, veg, snacks, cookies & toast English muffins. Works better than a toaster oven. Fun to experiment with. But buy a good air frying cookbook for best recipes & experiment to find best timings . BTW it comes with a rotisserie attachment for small chickens. I have never used that, but my niece has, and says it works great. And my husband loves to use this fryer. I would definitely buy again. Versatility & frying capacity is worth the price and space.

Last November I bought this air fryer, I have spent less time cooking with this amazing small appliances, it is multifunction you have 3 in 1 you can bake, air fryer, and dehydrated food in few minutes. Its is easy to clean; I haven't used my oven for several months. The price is excellent and the quality of this air fryer. I've used other people's air fryers, so I had some experience before buying this one. So far, I've used it half a dozen times and I love it. It's just the right size for me. It's easy to use...both the display interface and how easy it is to configure the internal parts to suit your needs...and what is equally important is that it is easy to clean. That last point influences how likely you are to use an appliance frequently. If it's a pain to maintain, you're soon going to lose interest in using it. The quality is top notch. It feels extremely solid. So far, I have no complaints about anything involving this unit.

My mom got this as we have an air fryer but we wanted a better one and this one delivered! Not only is it spacious but it is an oven as well. I will admit the beeps are much too loud for comfort but besides that, it is worth investing if you want an air fryer. It is easy to clean and works like a charm! We use it so often for our meals and it's been great!

I like this air fryer. Its roomy. It takes a little getting used to. The only reason its four stars instead of five, is because they don't warn you about cleaning. I haven't found an effective way to keep crumbs off the glass and sliding between the surfaces.

It's fit a full size pizza when cut in half or quarter. The frys and other stuff that need the cup style I just put in the tumbler and hit the spin button when I want to flip/ mix it.

Nice air fryer but wish it would heat at a higher temperature. The max heat is 400. I bought what I thought was a cheaper air fryer through amazon and ended up selling it to buy this one. The generic brand seemed to heat much faster. I do like that this unit has several accessories for heating up food. Such as the rotisserie and the basket that is spinning consistently so that it warms up the food evenly. So far I have cooked chicken wings and curly fries. The chicken wings took forever to get to a crispy outside but tender inside. I will give this brand though that the wings were super tender on the inside. I look forward to trying more recipes on this air fryer.

Very happy with the purchase. Chicken rotisseries, steak, kabobs, samosas, patties etc come out great. Easy to use and clean and small enough not to take up up space. Haven't tried dehydrating. Make fan noise which is annoying but you would get used to it.

This would be my third air fryer, but the best so far . It cooks way better than the standard type of fryers that you see everywhere now, has a lot more room with 3 racks and an removable grease/oil trap on the bottom, a rotisserie add on and a basket that spins aswell. The only gripe is that the racks are very sharp so when washing them I’ve cut myself which they should probably look into so get a scrubber with bristles . Overall pleased.

Replaced a different mak & model that we had previously. This one is a little bigger; lots of flexibility with the shelves & rotisserie. Air fryers work great & are healthier than cooking in oil.

I love this Air fryer. I love that it has more than one rack so I can do 20 chicken wings so fully cook in there. Which is the fantastic? I've used it for cooking different meat and vegetables. I also love when you have left over a pizza or fries. The reheat makes them taste just about as good as the when you bought it.
