    Product was NEVER shipped, tried to get this issue resolved for MONTHS without any resolution now 9 months later I'm being told because of how much time has passed there's nothing that can be done. How is this my fault? Poor customer service and now I guess I'm out nearly $100 for a product that was NEVER shipped out.
