CHI hair straightner performs great compared to other cheaper models found online. Although the product itself is not made of high quality plastic or wire and seems same as the cheaper models, but surprisingly the results outperforms the others.

I bought it for my daughter. I had a specific price range in mind.I caught it on sale. She's gone through a bunch of these. This one has held up well.She loves it and uses it all the time

This is by far the best flat iron I have. It heats within seconds, makes your hair extra shiny without putting on any extra hair products. It doesn't pull out your hair.

Great product . It really does help with static and frizz. My hair looks healthier which is crazy because my old straightener damaged my hair and this one seems to make it look nicer. I like the heat settings, my bangs don't require as much heat as the back of my hair does. Great product. Love the thermal mat and Velcro on the mat to wrap straightener as well as Velcro to wrap cord. Cord is 9ft, which is awesome and convenient.

I bought this for my sis bc it was her birthday and she love it. She said that those thing works great and durability its excellent.

I have crazy curly hair and I have been through every product that exists. The original CHI changed my hair life, so when it was time for a new one I decided to get this one, and while I am happy with it, it most definitely does not compare to the original model. It has the rotating temp control on the side that will move at the slightest of touch which means while you straighten, your temp is constantly being turned down if you don't hold it exactly right. NOT IDEAL

I can never go back to using standard flat irons. CHI captured it all in one product.

Great flat iron. works real well. smooth and glides through my hair. The travel bag is a nice plus.

I had purchased a knock off version of the Chi but it does not straighten my hair as fast or as easily. I only have to straighten each section once or twice instead of going over my hair again and again. I was hesitant to spend the $ but very glad that I did invest in a real Chi!

I bought this straightener for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it! She has very long hair that tends to get a bit frizzy...this straightener keeps the frizzies away and makes her hair look wonderful every time she uses it!
