Not good. Had it for 10 months. The sprayer doesn’t work at all. The steam is very weak.

Didn’t receive it. I will check again on Monday when I go back home

It has water inside the iron when I received by UPS. It supposed to be new iron .

This item is good quality, easy to operate and very expensive. It doesn’t have on/off switch and doesn’t shut off automatically it not safe for those who have small children! Manufacture should fix this problem in next model.

The ease of use of this iron is above anything else we’ve had. To be able to just set the type of material that your ironing, and then have the iron adjust to whatever you need is awesome, it takes all the guest work out of how to set the iron. Other reviews try to make a big deal out of the non-retracting cord, I don’t find it a big deal at all. A little pricey, but worth it.

Great iron, easy to use and sturdy, not too heavy. I use it every day.

Goodbye Rowena. I have been using Rowena for years, but the last two irons I purchased from them leaked like crazy all over my clothes. The CHI iron not only puts out as much steam as the Rowena, it doesn’t leak at all. As far as I’m concerned, CHI has set the new standard of excellence in irons.

The CHI iron is excellent. I appreciate that it lights up to let me know it has reached the setting I want. The adjustable steam feature is also great. Best of all it does not leak or spit! The price was also reasonable.

Good iron it’s expensive and operating well. Negative points of this item, it does not have a turn on/off switch also does not turn off automatically not safe for me and those who have small children!

First the iron is wonderful. Got it as a gift for my sister and she says it is amazing. Then I need to talk about the wonderful customer service I received due to the lost original shipment - outstanding representative and I was still able to get it by Christmas... the product and service was outstanding !

I had this iron in very good standing. I purchased one a year and a month ago. Doesn't turn on. Already try to reset following the owners manual. Nothing works. Sent a couple emails to chi customer support and nobody give me an answer. So, stay away from this irons. They are good but don't last. Spent almost $80 and now is a piece of junk. Bad customer service.

We purchased this Chi iron and expected it to be great. In ironing a shirt that the dry cleaners had stuck a small ID label onto, the glue from the label adhered to the soleplate of the iron. We followed the directions in the printed user guide to steam it off but that had no effect. When we contacted Customer Support, they refused to help with this simple question because the credit card transaction receipt we sent them did not break out their product, which they easily could have confirmed with the store. So we went online and found suggestions for using mild, NON-abrasive solutions to wash the glue off. That resulted in stripping the ceramic surface! What a piece of junk, and Chi's Customer Support is awful.
