  • Does Anyone Know How to Activate a Card?

    The purchase went well. These cards were Xmas gifts. However, they were not activated correctly and my granddaughter is unable to redeem them. I have at least one or two also purchased from Best Buy which are in the same state. My son-in-law called Steam and they told us what the problem is. So disappointed he now has to get in touch with your customet support to get this issue resolved.
