Children of Men is one of the most underrated and underseen sci-fi movies out there. If you’re already a fan, this Steelbook version is a nice addition to your collection.

This is a great movie that kind of came and went in the theaters when it released. It didn't bomb necessarily but wasn't a smash. Don't let that fool you though because this is a movie that just enetertains from front to back. Great performances all around with a good mix of action, drama, and thriller.

This movie went under the radar when it came out in 2006. The wife and I saw it at the movies and was blown away by the story and visuals. I have this movie on regular DVD, so when I saw that the Blu-ray Steelbook was selling on the BestBuy website for $10, I had to grab it. It was a no-brainer. If you have never heard of this movie, watch the trailer and it will convince you to take a look at it.

Children of Men is one if the better sci fi movies evwe made. Some long extended shots, Michael Caine as a retirement age version of todays rock n rollers, and for such a dreary movie, some great art references, Mary holding Jesus, Venus, statue of David, and more.

From the director of Gravity, the camera style in the movie is unique and refreshing. Although the movie has a lot of action in it, the main character never takes part of it or shoots a gun. He instead is surrounded by the violence but manages to surpass it, and still get his friend to where she needs to go.

Much like most films that are ahead of their time (Blade Runner, Brazil, etc) I am confident that Children of Men will be looked back on in a decade of so as one of the crowning film making achievements of the early part of this century.

Wonderful movie by Alfonso Cuaron. The last pregnant woman in an imaginary country is resqued and taken to a safer place by Theo (Clive Owen). Science fiction and action movie are well distributed and give the viewer a run for his money.

This movie completely exceeded all expectations I had for the film! This movie is a dystopian film that completely blew me away. Highly recommend it. Do not watch if your easily offended by foul language, gun violence, or brief female nudity.

A solid release for a great film. The exterior is minimalist but effective and I love the interior art work. $12 is a fair price but I'm sure it will go on sale if you wait. Overall, this is a fine addition to anyone's collection.

Such a Classic even though not that old of a movie. I love these type of movies and the acting was great. Not going to give away some of the best parts, but 'Pull my Finger'...!!! You will smile when you see this...

My favorite of Director Alfonso Curon and always an amazing movie to see over and over again. It will go down as a unique film and contributed to modern storytelling in a drastic way with long takes and amazing sequences.

This is a very good movie. While a little bleak, it is enjoyable to watch over and over. It's nice that they released this in steelbook format, as I did not own it in my collection anymore. So, I picked this up. It's affordable and it's a nice steelbook, plus it comes with a digital copy. This is a good version to own in my opinion.

This is one of the best (and may be underseen) movies in the “dystopian future” genre. I love the design of the steelbook, which is very minimal. It’s a great addition to my collection and to yours.
