I use these for multiple sets of keys and other items. It Actually lets me know where in my house they are based on other Google home devices which is amazing! (ie your item is at home near your Google Hub) The sound is much louder than an airtag and easy to find.

Anyone claiming these don’t work is just blatantly wrong. I recently bought one to test with a checked suitcase while flying from Boston to Puerto Rico and back. Based on the reviews, I wasn’t expecting much, but that was the wrong expectation—it worked flawlessly. First, I was able to pair it with my Pixel 9 almost instantly. I was traveling with a friend who was using an AirTag, and at least in my case, the Chipolo ONE updated more frequently and, most of the time, provided what seemed to be a more accurate location while moving through the airport. I’m not saying it’s better than an AirTag—it might have just been a matter of timing when we compared. Regardless, all said and done, knowing where my luggage was in the airport gave me great peace of mind. How fast it updates isn’t necessarily critical for tracking luggage, but it worked well. I’ve lost luggage before on past flights. Even on the plane, it indicated that it was near me in the cargo hold, which I suspect was updated when it was loaded onto the luggage ramp. I’d be a bit surprised if Bluetooth worked from inside the cargo hold. At the airport, every time I checked, I could see my luggage moving through the terminal. I’m buying more—this single one I bought worked that well! BTW, the picture is for reference only, showing my JetBlue luggage tag. The tracker was in a small compartment inside my luggage, not attached to anything—just zippered up inside.

**Quick and easy to set up.** I bought these when they were on clearance for $13 each, which was a great deal. They work well, especially if you have Google Nest speakers, as they notify you when the tag is nearby. However, there are two drawbacks: 1. Unlike Tile, you can't add a photo of your item in the app to easily identify it. 2. It only provides a general direction of your item’s location but doesn't give precise guidance like Apple’s AirTag, which points you in the right direction.

Good tracker for android. I have found the Android find my network has been steadily improving. Items are usually frequently updated in busy places. However in less busy places items may not update frequently. I prefer the Peblbee trackers though because they are rechargeable and have lights.

If you want to use the Android Find My Device network, you basically have three options: Chipolo ONE Point Pebblebee Clip MiLi MiTag The Pebblebee Clip is the best overall: it offers up to 500 ft of range, includes a light, charges via USB-C (with a battery life of up to one year per charge), and is IP68 waterproof. But it’s also the most expensive at $30. The MiLi MiTag is a solid budget alternative: it has the same 500 ft range, is IP67 waterproof, but lacks a light and uses a replaceable button-cell battery. Still, it’s half the price at $15. Then there’s the Chipolo ONE Point. It has the shortest range (200 ft), is only IPX5 water-resistant (not fully waterproof), and also uses a button-cell battery. It's priced the same as the MiTag at $15, but it’s objectively the weakest option. Recommendation: If you want to stay at $15 and don’t care about lights or battery swapping: get the MiLi MiTag. If you want the best hardware: get the Pebblebee Clip. But here’s the catch - and it’s a big one: The Android Find My Device network sucks. Google excludes residential locations from the network, so if you leave your item at someone’s house, it won’t be found. Worse, by default, Google only allows tracking in “high-traffic areas” for “privacy reasons.” So if you drop your tag on a remote hiking trail? Good luck. Google could make this as good as Apple’s Find My network. But instead, after years of being the privacy boogeyman, they’ve overcorrected to the point of making their tracker network functionally useless.

The device has a lot of potential but the Google Find My Device network rollout is not going well. I would wait to see how this plays out. (I actually returned the set I bought but then ended up buying one on clearance just to see how it's going.)

Worthless to me. My wife could not track me in the car when I drove 2 miles up the road. Then we drove out of state. The car was sitting about 10 feet away from me and it showed it parked sbout 2 streets away. Then I road about 2 miles away and came back to where it we were staying. Latet that day it still shoed the car parked 3 miles away. I WOULD RETURN ALL FOUR BUT THEY ONLY GAVE ABOUT A 2 WEEK RETURN WINDOW AND I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE 30 DAYS.

first off - you are giving other devices approval to access your phone if you want to be able to find your device when your bluetooth is off; so unless you keep bluetooth on all the time [kind of like the tile] its not going to help if you lose this far from phone. second - one of the chips stopped working already and i bought this in four months ago.

Seems to work exactly as described. I set it up in about 30 seconds and tested it. No concerns at this point so I'm very pleased.

Great tracker to use with android phone. Too bad it doesn't have UWB.

Setup was instantaneous with Pixel 7 pro. So far so good. I should have bought more of these when they were on sale

The stock Google Android tracking app detected it fine and I was able to add it. Has worked well.

Different current draw than Apple. Better distance than Tile. Works through anodized and more.

Tracking of the product in suitcases didnt work....very disappointed

Last year, Find My Device couldn't locate my headphones while they were actively connected to my phone. Now I can expect a ping on my Chipolo every few hours.
